S.p.A., one of the world’s best known industrial groups in the production of machines and robotic systems for food packaging with flexible film, is proud to announce its fifth strategic acquisition: 60% ownership of Brevetti Gasparin, a company specialising in the production of cutting and packaging systems for the bakery industry.
