A Step Towards International Leadership in the Bakery Sector.
Elisabetta, Paolo and Andrea Fioravanti board of directors of P.F.M. S.p.A., one of the world’s best known industrial groups in the production of machines and robotic systems for food packaging with flexible film, is proud to announce its fifth strategic acquisition: 60% ownership of Brevetti Gasparin, a company specialising in the production of cutting and packaging systems for the bakery industry.
Paolo Fioravanti, Managing Director of PFM, said:
