A recently updated and extended study by the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research (ifeu), commissioned by Flexible Packaging Europe (FPE), has underlined the original study’s findings. It shows clearly that flexible packaging is a more effective route to resource efficiency and reducing carbon footprint than using rigid packaging formats or focusing entirely on recycling.

MBP makes fresh vegetables producers reach the highest levels of production efficiency with a complete line equipped with 16C2 DMA TWIN multihead weigher and R700 TWIN vertical packaging machine.

The line is capable of producing up to 120 (60+60) pillow bag packs per minute from 100 to 500 gr and more.

We have adopted the following guidelines for all companies in our group:

  • We have implemented remote working for our employees as required by the authorities
  • We have reduced unnecessary trips and canceled the ones to areas classified as “at risk of infection” by the International Authorities.
  • We have reduced meetings that can be carried out by videoconference.
