The PFM SOLARIS EVO represents an evolution in vertical packaging where continuous motion is combined with multi-format flexibility. The machine eliminates intermittent dynamics, increasing production speed while maintaining precise control over film handling and sealing. It significantly reduces changeover time, allowing fast change between packaging formats without complex mechanical adjustments. At the core of the system is the two-way film transport concept: with film coming from Side A, the machine produces pillow bags, Steelo bags and block bottom bags; with film coming from Side B, it produces 3-side and 4-side sealed packs, as well as Doy-style bags with or without zip and eurohole. This architecture allows multiple packaging styles without rotating the box motion sealing unit, simplifying operations and improving efficiency while ensuring better pack aesthetics and consistency.
