Continuous vertical packaging with sealing precision.
The PFM PV 320 High Speed is a continuous motion vertical form fill seal machine designed to deliver high-speed packaging with precise control over film movement and sealing performance. The system operates with continuous film feed driven by high-grip belts, ensuring stable material handling and consistent alignment throughout the process. Longitudinal sealing is achieved through a sliding hot bar with micrometric adjustment, while the patented Long Dwell transverse sealing system follows the film during sealing, enabling hermetic results even at high speeds. This configuration is particularly effective for fragile products, reducing stress during the sealing phase. The Hermetic Box structure protects the machine from external contamination, while the self-centring reel holder ensures optimal film tension and alignment during operation.
