New line for bars
Modular system for the automatic distribution
of products such as: bars, layer cakes, swiss roll
and similar, arriving in regimented rows from the upstream production line.
TECHNICAL SPESIFICATIONS
Product type:
bars, layer cakes, swiss rolls, and similar
product coated or not with chocolate.
Standard conveyor width:
800, 1000, 1200, 1400.
Line capacity:
up to 160 rows/min at the entry.
Take over conveyor:
with by-pass facility to reject not conforming rows.
Rows alignement unit:
with pneumatic or servodriven barrier.
Rows distribution unit:
with tilting conveyor and bottom discharge.
Single or more intermediate conveyors of row
control and removal.
Cros conveyor fitted on removable carriage for easy maintenance and cleaning operation.
Exit conveyor to adjust the product flow with
photocell control.
Product lengthwise rotating unit (if required).
Terminal intermittent buffer conveyor with possibility
of automatic reinsertion of the row.
On request:
Product dimensional control.
Check weigher and metal detector.
Modular system with separate electronical cabinet
for each leg.
