Buffer system includine cascade conveyors with
by-pass facility and vibratine channels, with photocells
of loading control.
Two lanes sandwiching machine direct linked with the
horizontal wrapper with intermediate overlapping unit
to form a plie of two sandwiches.
On request:
By-pass facility to feed the stand-by
sandwiching/wrapper unit.
Rows mixing system for sandwiched
products with two collour shell.

Type of products: moulded, laminated with round, square and
rectangular shape.
Products sizes:
30 to 70 mm diam./side.
Sandwiching capacity:
mechanical speed up to 1600 sand/min. for
each two lanes creamer.
Pile forming unit:
single piece or pile of two pieces.
Wrapping speed:
up to 350 packs/min for size of 2 piles of 2 pieces.
