Further improved, the new "Cut & Wrap" (pillow pack) line for bubble gums can reach the average production speed of 1500 packs/minute and allows the possibility to introduce a gadget sticker inside the pack.

The cutting system, made up of two knives with elliptical movement (PFM patent), cuts clean through and perfectly orthogonal the rope of bubble gum allowing an extremely precise and uniform weight.

The flow wrapper is supplied with brushless servomotors to control the reel holders (when equipped with automatic reel splicer) the fin seal rollers and the transverse sealing unit. The machine is cantilevered and therefore all mechanical and electrical components are at the back of the machine in separate and guarded compartments. The front side is freely accessible with no impediments and the production scraps fall directly on the floor.

The possibility to introduce self adhesive labels inside the pack at a speed of 1500 ppm is carried out by means of two high speed labellers, electronically interfaced with the machine by means of a special hardware control and dedicated software that guarantee a very high positional accuracy.
