The tests of the new horizontal flow pack machine Mod. Blizzard have been completed. Here below you may read the final and checked results:
Product: round, square and oval hard candies.
Film: heat-sealable polypropilene up to 70 linear metres a minute.
Average production obtained in 8 hours of non-stop production: 1630 ppm for oval candies. Max. wrapping speed 1800 ppm.
The new Blizzard High Speed has raised enthusiasm for the exceptional average production achieved. Changeover can be made automatically without reducing the wrapping speed.
The machine is powered by brushless motors in direct electrical axis.
The feeding disk is electronically controlled and allows to vary the timing, that is the synchronisation with the flowpack machine according to the wrapping speed.
Seals are perfect thanks to the sophisticated mechanical manufacturing of the sealing assembly.
Excellently accessible and easy to clean, the machine is in fact manufactured 100% cantilevered. This means that in front there are only the sealing assemblies while the mechanical and electrical components are at the back of the machine in separate and guarded environments.
The PFM Teleservice system is very convenient as it allows the connection via modem of the machine control unit with the expert PFM operator. This way, the functioning diagnostics is done from a distance and the PFM operator can deal with any problem rapidly.
