The new CTC 400 Steelo is a form fill & seal vertical wrapping machine to produce rectangular bottom bags sealed on the 4 edges. This new project aims at optimising three main points:

1° Aesthetically perfect bags. This is the strong point of the CTC 300 Steelo. Bags have no wrinkles and their seals are very thin and strong.

2° High operational flexibility. Changeover is made in few minutes. The forming collar is provided with the system "quick lock/release". All sealing elements have a micrometric adjustment knob. Therefore it is possible to change not only the format in little time but even the typology of bag. The CTC 300 can produce 4 seal Steelo bags or 3-seal square bottom bags or normal 3-seal bags.

3° High productivity. The CTC 300 Steelo produces up to 60 packs per minute.

The MBP multihead weighers (from 8 to 24 heads) complete the wrapping line and assure an elevated weighing precision, easy cleaning and absolute control of statistical data.
