PFM Long Dwell sealing system assures, with suitable films, absolutely airtight seals even and above all at high wrapping speed.

- The sealing with heatsealable films is realized by the optimal combination of three elements: Temperature, Pressure, Time.

- With the same pressure and temperature, PFM Long Dwell system, in comparison with traditional rotative systems, increases the TIME dedicated to sealing and therefore assures airtight seals. Furthermore, it has a perfect temperature and sealing pressure control.

The guarantee of airtight seals is essential for wrapping in modified atmosphere or when the wrapped product has to suffer no dewatering or come into contact with no outside environment.

- PFM has three Long Dwell sealing systems according to the demanded wrapping speed and product dimensions. In all cases PFM employs mechanical systems excluding any possibility to use pneumatic driving systems.

- PFM Long Dwell systems are available with 1-2-3-4-up crimpers.
