Compack-E
The CompPack-E vertical packaging machine model is fitted with a -PLC- for mamaging work parameter, which can be programmed through the keyboard and seen on the display.
The controls for the vertical and horizontal film welding temperatures are managed by programmable heat regulators. The horizontal welding jaws, filled to a mechanical carriage with Alternate Movement, take care of the film drive.
The horizontal and vertical mechanical welding groups are driven by compressed air. The machine speed is governed by a mechanical variator, whose setting can be read on the -PLC- display. The real support is motorised and has automatic film real centring and blocking. The need for any tools.
Depending on the types of products to be packaged, various pieces of equipment are available: In line weighing devices with from one up to a maximum of four heads Multi-head weighing devicesCup style volumetric metering devicesVolumetric pumps for liquids Volumetric pumps for doughy products.
