LVA, Servo, Long Dwell (cantilevered box-motion) machine
LVA: an electronic system which allows instant adjustments of the package length according to the length of the product. It is ideal for medium/large-sized products and for irregular shapes. With the same machine it is possible to use centrally printed packaging material instead of the LVA system.
Long Dwell (cantilevered box-motion): a high-speed mobile carriage system run by brushless motors which allows perfectly hermetic transverse sealing for even very large products.
The cantilevered system facilitates cleaning and maintenance operations, while the electronic controls permit separate management of sealing and handling speed and of sealing pressure.
Servo: Ghibli is entirely electronic.
Ghibli is built in AISI 304 stainless steel, with the casing built with rounded corners in accordance with the strictest international hygienic standards.

Packageable product size: length min 100 mm max infinite (LVA); width min 5 max 380 mm; height max 260 mm. The machine can be adapted for products which exceed the specified dimensions.
