link-up area has been created between the different management levels and departments of the company.
It is the task of the Engineering area to co-ordinate the
flow of information between marketing management and PFM's design office.
Contact stages are fundamental to understanding
the customer's needs and therefore co-ordinating design, choice of suppliers (made according to their ability to demonstrate quality and certify products and materials), testing times, installation times, after sales service, and methods of transport and delivery of the machines.
The study of solutions, supplying of spare parts in real time, updating technicians, tele-service, documentation and training of staff assigned to operating the machines and plants, the provision of informative literature, all require clarity and flexibility in the stages of communication and management of the various processes.
For this reason, PFM has created an office for managing the flow of work with all its ramifications.
