PFM Service: 5 integrated systems UNI EN ISO 9001 certification: the year 2000 required the putting in place of a rapid and efficient technical service system.
PFM's objective has always been to satisfy its customers through effective management of production processes and services: certification is recognition of this effort but also a tool that, through strict and continuous controls, enables this objective to be improved and strengthened. The PFM service system is distributed over 5 levels, which are integrated in order to guarantee excellent results.

1. PFM guarantees that spare parts will be sent out within 24 hours from placement of the order. Only in the case of non-standard spare parts may delivery times exceed 24 hours.
2. PFM has an internal service office able to respond to customers' questions of a mechanical, technical or electronic nature. A large number of problems can in fact be solved over the telephone.
3. PFM provides a large number of specialised call-out technicians able to carry out urgent repairs or provide training courses on how to use PFM machines or lines.
4. PFM provides an ON-LINE tele-service system for machines with SERVO ON-LINE configuration. This system enables a PFM engineer to be connected directly to the machine, to check if it is working properly and intervene to solve any problems that may have arisen.
5. PFM has local technicians. In almost all the countries where PFM is present commercially there is a technical after sales service.
