ECF: ELECTRONIC CROSS FEEDER This unit is employed when product arriving from an existing production line must be fed at at moderate speeds, onto the infeed of a flow wrap machine.
It is a flexible system incorporating 2 or more conveyors, drives by brushless motors, following precisely the speed of the production line. The system is suitable for single or even product feeding.

ALF: AUTOMATIC IN-LINE FEEDER
The system is used for high speed in-line feeding of regular or irregular shaped product and is particularly useful for delicate product which could otherwise suffer demage from scuffing due to contact with other product.

Characteristics:

Cantilever construction; belt replacement; roller removal; opening of protective screens can all be carried out without using tools.

Belt speed automatically and continuosly calculated depending on the product flow.

No need for timing hardware.

Modular structure allows the system to be adapted depending on the characteristics of the product.

ALT: AUTOMATIC TRAY LOADER
ALT is an automatic in-line feeder for tray containers.
It is made up of a accumulation belt and two or more conveyors controlled by brushless, stepping motors which syncronize the delivery onto the infeed belt of the flow pack wrapping machine.
The system is completed by PFM's automatic tray denester.
