PFM's machines and packaging lines are capable of creating "Pillow-Pack" type packages with various formats, from pocket-sized to the family pack.

The POP UP system was developed specifically for pillow-pack packages. In addition to making it easier to extract a tissue, this system allows for a reduction of the opening label size.

In order to guarantee the quality of the product and maintain unaltered the detergent functions, it is necessary for the package to be hermetically reclosable.
This also protect the product from the loss of the humidifying lotion.

The packaging process requires that the package be die-cut, to allow for the opening of a "hole" (the size may vary according to the client's customers requirements). This "hole" is then covered with an adhesive label.

To make this type of package, there must be a film preparation unit that punches (die-cut) the wrapping material and positions the label exactlly over the hole. Often a second label is applied partially on the opening label and partially on the pack. This is used as a anti-tamper label.

The maintaining of the liquid is made possible thanks to the hermetically sealed package created by our MISTRAL BB and the use of a suitable packaging material created for humid products (NY-PE laminated).
