EPS is the point on the wrapping line where the product is shunted into rows. It is electronically operated by brushless, stepping motors and designed for delicate or irregularly shaped products.All the casings, belts and rollers are easily removed without using tools. Servicing and cleaning are therefore, particularly easy and quick. The setting of the tension, as with the centring of rollers, is carried out automatically.
EPS UP & DOWN (PATENTED SYSTEM)
This is the new patented system designed to shunt the products, delivered from a cooling tunnel or oven, into rows.
The system is made up of a central belt wich, with its up and down movement, lifts the rows of products to a predeterminated height and distributes them at different levels coresponding to the different number of wrapping lines.
The system is controlled by brushless motors.
All conveyors and the central carriage, guided by runners, are easily replaced without using tool.
